And when my body was ready to go my mind was not. The Pre-Paralympic pressure and Post-Paralympic blues provided a big dose of self doubt and that’s taken the best part of the last year to unpack. Success is a funny thing, its opened a lot of doors for me but its also challenged me in ways I couldn’t imagine. The Anna I knew got a bit lost in amongst it all, but she’s coming back.
