The midnight sun occurs in places near the Earth’s poles, where the sun remains visible 24 hours a day during the summer solstice. This happens because the Earth’s axial tilt is such that during the summer months, the North Pole tilts towards the sun, resulting in continuous daylight 🌞

The phenomenon of the midnight sun can be experienced in countries such as Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Russia, Canada, and Alaska. In some of those places, the sun never dips below the horizon at all during the summer months, creating a surreal and awe-inspiring experience for visitors.
