The East India Company’s Singapore Sling 🍹
Ingredients: 25ml East India Co. Gin, 25ml Cointreau, 25ml Cherry brandy, 25ml limejuice, 10ml Grenadine syrup and 50ml pineapple juice, splash of Angostura bitters.
Add all the ingredients above into a shaker. Add ice and shake. When cold, pour into glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.
