🔥 One thing I’m learning from my coach and my trainer is that your ability to want to reach failure is synonymous with your desire to want to succeed! Today @justin413fitness pushed me 🥵and it forced me to realize the true power of the super set! While I’ve done them in the past, I know that with time and great form you can enhance your power of the super set! Because today’s workout was incredibly tough, I realized that by focusing on 2 different “parts” of the chest definitely enhanced the burn and I most certainly broke through mental and physical plateaus today. The reality is, I’m being trained and coached to achieve optimal lean muscle growth and I urge you to try super sets (WITH GOOD FORM) next time you do chest! #bldybuilding #musclegrowth #mindmuscleconnection
