山中千尋さんのインスタグラム写真 - (山中千尋Instagram)「音楽授業のあと、質問に来てくれた学生と二人で教室を出ると、紺色の立派な制服を着て、たくさんのきらきらした勲章を胸につけた方に話しかけられました。「自衛隊の者です。今から自衛隊への就職の説明会があります。いらっしゃいませんか？」とても礼儀正しい感じの良い方でした。学生はやんわりとお断りしていました。私の学生時代にはこんな風に自衛隊の方からお誘い頂くことはありませんでした。それどころか音楽学校の同級生の多くは就職もせず、先のことなんて何にもあてがない人も多かったかもしれません。私は生きていくだけで精一杯でした。今日、身をもって音楽が強く必要とされている場所があることを知りました。自衛隊の音楽隊は非常にレベルが高いため、入団するのはとても難しく、誰もが尊敬する立派な楽隊です。音楽性はもちろんのこと、厳しい規律や技術が求められます。その素晴らしい演奏が、戦地であったり、戦場に送られる方々へと必要とされる音楽でないことを心から祈っています。音楽がずっと人々の喜びと幸せと共にありますように Music After the class, when I left the classroom with my student, we were greeted by a person wearing a splendid navy blue uniform "I'm a member of the Self-Defense Forces. Strict discipline and technique are required, as well as musicality.
