WOMEN GATHERING // A truly lovely New York evening where @une_piece x @peptalkher brought together a (long) table full of women in their personal networks simply to facilitate conversations between women who are doing interesting things.

No networking name tags, no awkward breakout groups... just simply a dinner and conversation.

And it was wonderful.

@une_piece is an Australian female-founded swimwear brand making big moves here in the USA.

@peptalkher is an organisation that is actively campaigning to close the gender pay gap.

If you have the opportunity to facilitate bringing women together in conversation on how we can support each other, provide resources, or make introductions, reach out and send the invite to bring women together.

On this night, we all left the table with something new; an intro, an insight, knowledge, new friends.

It is a very powerful thing when women gather.
