I just realized I haven’t shown the full before and after of my kitchen facelift! It was a lot of steps but I’m so glad we did it (meant to do it back in 2020 and finally decided to be my own contractor). Here’s what I did and in what order:
1.) new countertops (quartz Carrara color)
2.) new backsplash (Ivy Hill subway tile from Home Depot)
3.) painted kitchen cabinets BM White Dove with Rejuvenation hardware
4.) Tore out cabinet desk area that didn’t do anything except let me pile junk on it and also took out a built-in hutch
5.) Carpenter built and installed new built-ins for broom storage (and more) and a new hutch for China, a coffee station, and more pantry space.
