That's a "blue lives matter/thin blue line" mask she's wearing. In recent years this flag has come to represent an opposition to the Black Lives Matter movement. It's not a coincidence that a cop who thinks police shouldn't be held accountable for taking Black life got her hand on her gun like that. The "thin blue line" has also been associated with white nationalists in the US, particularly after the Unite the Right rally in 2017, who fly Thin Blue Line flags at their rallies. This is a race soldier.
