I always had ideas of small magical worlds in my head, but I couldn’t find a way to embody them. I was introduced to CGI and 3D towards the very end of my studies. These digital tools allow me to create places that resemble the world we know and something new and unknown — a place where we can visualize alternative realities that somehow mimic an experienced past, a parallel world or an imagined future. It may seem paradoxical, but I hope that my work will somehow inspire people to spend less time in front of the screen.
