My proudest mom moment.. 🙏
Indigo was having a bit of a hard time playing with other kids at the park. I told them, « it’s ok to be upset for as long as you want, and guess what when you’re ready, the quickest way to ground yourself back is to have a little meditation in the grass » First they ran around in the grass upset, and eventually, they went in the grass by themselves and did THIS 🧘🏻‍♀️… 😭😭😭😭 Then they came out of it and said « see, i feel better now » and they were soooo proud they did this by themselves !!!!!!
It’s never too soon to teach kids about consciousness and how to self regulate their emotions ! LOOK !!!!!!! Magic !
