As for food, I eat A LOT and am not restrictive at all but I do use a lot of the apps recipes and just generally try to eat whole healthy foods (majority of the time, weekends are for treats 🧁🍩😏).   If you need a place to start I suggest choosing a program and selecting a meal plan based on whatever your goal is.  And then STICKING to it 🤌🏼 consistency is KEY!!!
