令和５年度インド太平洋方面派遣（#IPD23）護衛艦 #いずも が横須賀を出港しました。第１水上部隊として護衛艦 #さみだれ #しらぬい とともに、FOIPの実現に向け、同盟国・同志国海軍等との連携を強化し、地域の平和と安定、海洋秩序の維持・強化に貢献していきます。IPDの様子は逐次お知らせします。

JS IZＵMO departed Yokosuka today. We will enhance cooperation with its ally, like-minded countries and others navies to contribute to the peace and stability of the region and maintain maritime order to realize #FOIP through IPD23 with JS SAMIDARE and JS SHIRANUI .
