It’s so important to see size diversity in the fitness and wellness space!! it can be so hard to get yourself to a workout class when you feel like you look different than everybody else. Making spaces inclusive is important, & finding your safe space. Motivating yourself is so important not only for you, but also for the other girls that see themselves in you.
