嗚呼、とんでもない物を作ってしまった。
スパイスから作ることに拘って数年。
胡椒だけを焼くことから始まり、スパイスの分量、入れる順番、そして水分は野菜から出る分だけ。
毎回違う味だったがここ半年は安定してきた。

今回は言うならば
「罪深き最強の夏野菜ドライカレー」

自家製のポテサラ&キャロットラペと共に。

Alas, I made something ridiculous.

It's been a few years since I've been making it from spices.
It starts with baking only the pepper, the amount of spices, the order in which they are put in, and the moisture is only the amount that comes out of the vegetables.
It tasted different every time, but it has stabilized in the past six months.
