This month Ruinart takes Food For Art to Art Basel, Switzerland where it will host a pop-up restaurant at Les Trois Rois, with a five-course menu designed as an haute cuisine to complement tableware designed by Eva Jospin and produced by Astier de Villate as part of the Carte Blanche project.

The Food For Art residency - from 12 -18 June at Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois.
