#tbt 1. this is me in a “fashion show” at the mall wearing UNITS - which were a brand of clothing in the late 80s that were just like oversized and oddly shaped clothes meant to be worn in different ways and combos? But i could never get it to look cute at home the way the sales ladies at Dillards could. ANYWAY, @emilybbb texted me earlier this week(2.) and then i just found this picture. Also i remember my mom saying UNITS were “too expensive for what they are” but she caved and bought this outfit for me after the fashion show(department stores were so smart back then!) and no joke, i don’t think i ever wore it again. 😬😬😬 AS A MOM NOW, i can ONLY IMAGINE how annoying that was to her.😂😂😂 SORRY MOM!❤️
