I often go to Hibiya Cultural Library in Chiyoda Ward. It's near Hibiya Open Air Concert Hall, and the shortcake-shaped library is full of fun books for adults. Movies, art books, and librarian special features are also interesting. They don't have many picture books or children's books. There is a seat by the window where one can read a book slowly, and I like to sit and relax there. As I wrote before, you can borrow it even if you are not a resident of Chiyoda Ward.
