朝、表からスギナ、ヨモギ、ドクダミなど摘んできて軽く煮出したもので珈琲やお茶を淹れる。最近の流行り。

In the morning,i pick horsetail,mugwort,and dokudami from the front yard and brew coffee or tea with lightly boiled ingredients.I'm into it.
