フード・プレゼンテーション・エリアでは、1日5回のフード・プレゼンテーションをご提供。
ご夕食前のオードブルには、館内のフランス料理「ラ・べ」、日本料理「会席　花筐」、広東料理「香桃」、イタリア料理「スプレンディード」からのメニューが日替わりで登場しています。
「鮎の塩焼き」は、「会席　花筐」からの夏のお料理の1つ。初夏の味わいを存分にお楽しみください。


The Club Lounge is an exclusive, private retreat on the 34th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, available only for hotel guests staying on the Club Level.
In a food presentation area, drinks and refreshments are presented five times a day.
During the pre-dinner hors d'oeuvre time, rotating special dishes from 4 restaurants, La Baie, Hanagatami, Xiang Tao and Splendido are served.
"Grilled Ayu Fish" is one of the summer dishes from "Kaiseki Hanagatami."
