伊藤ふたばさんのインスタグラム写真 - (伊藤ふたばInstagram)「今シーズンのボルダーワールドカップが終了しました。今年は今までにないくらい私にとって苦しいシーズンでした。初めて出たワールドカップ以来の予選落ちをして、自分が弱くなっているんじゃないかと感じたり、プレッシャーに何度も押しつぶされそうになって、競技もこのまま続けていけるか不安が続く日々でした。そして大会に出ていても楽しくなく、課題を目の前にした時、失敗した時のことばかり頭に浮かんで、恐怖心に襲われるようになってしまうようになったことが1番辛かったです。このスランプがずっと続くんじゃないかとも思いましたが、そこから抜け出し、純粋に楽しめて、決勝まで戻ってくることができたことはすごくよかったです！最終戦も決勝まで残ることが出来ましたが、決勝でなかなかいいパフォーマンスを出来ない自分にすごくがっかりしたと同時にもっともっとに強くなりたいと心から思いました。でもその中で強くなってる部分も、オフシーズン頑張ってきたことも決して間違いではなかったと思えた大会だったので、これからも成長し続けるところを見守っていただけたら嬉しいです。すごく悔しい気持ちでいっぱいだけど、モチベーションをたくさん貰いました！そしてリードのシーズンも始まりました。気持ちを切り替えて頑張ります💪🏻 応援ありがとうございました❤️ All the boulder world cup of this season have ended last week✨ This year has been the toughest season for me ever.❤️‍🩹After experiencing the qualifying failure for the first time in five years, I felt that I was getting weaker, and there were days when I felt uneasy about whether I could continue the competition.And the most painful thing was that I couldn't enjoy the competition anymore, and when I stood in front of the route, I was overcome with fear when I thought about failing.
