Agricultural (organic biodynamic) ambition is more hard graft than romantic poetry. I want to tell you not to go. That the roads are impossible, that you will get lost, that the few hotels are not luxury palaces, that wifi is wobbly and that you will definitely not get a manicure. But doesn’t that depend on what your idea of luxury is?
