I’m in the kitchen, I put together a dope but simple menu for this partnership with @guinness and @hensteethdublin in Dublin, Ireland. Sweetcorn and ginger skillet corn bread, oxtail yucca poutine, papaya ceviche in a turmeric-infused tiger’s milk, and goat cheese ice-cream blended with @bountyandfull brain food – all paired with creamy pints of Guinness.
