昨日は お休みで
予定を立てておりましたが

良性発作性頭位めまい症
久しぶりに なっちゃいました。
１年に何回も！ の時
何年も起こらない時もあります！
今回は 1年振りくらいだと思います。
そして 吐くまでには至らなかったので軽かったですが …
出かけられず 予定が全て無しに！

健康が 大切！ と改めて考えさせられた日でした。
