Atyab Akleh 😋 Kousa be Banadoura 😋

Cut courgette into small cubes
Chop a lot of onions 🧅 and fry until soft
Add salt whilst frying onions 🧂
Once onion cooked add courgette and mix all together over high heat for few minutes.
Add freshly chopped tomatoes 🍅
Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once courgette is cooked but firm add mashed garlic and at least 3 to 5 table spoons of dried mint, add olive oil, cover and simmer on low heat for just 2 minutes.
