I participated in the CoolSculpting Expert Forum in Malaysia. It was an enriching experience to learn and discuss with Key Opinion Leaders from various countries in the Asia Pacific region.
Having worked with CoolSculpting for over a decade, including during the Zeltiq era, these experienced professionals had already encountered similar challenges to those faced by myself and SBC. It was amazing to receive prompt responses like 'I've dealt with a similar case and this approach worked well.’ It was a moment that I saw the power in expertise among these globally renowned KOLs.
Two representatives from Japan, Dr. Kumiko Shimajima and myself, attended the forum. Thank you, Dr. Shimajima, for your guidance!
マレーシアにて、CoolSculpting エキスパート フォーラムに参加しました。アジアパシフィック各国よりKey Opinion Leaderと呼ばれる先生方が集結し、終日彼らと一緒に学び議論する時間は大変勉強になりました。十数年間クルスカ（ゼルティック時代含む）を扱っている先生方からすると、私やSBCが悩んでいることの似たような経験は既にされており、「こういう症例を経験したことがあって、こう対応したら良くなったよ」というような回答が直ぐに得られることに驚きました。先人の知識と経験によってワープした感覚。そしてグローバルでKOLとして活躍されている先生方のレベルの違いを感じた瞬間でした。
日本からは下島久美子先生と私の２名で参加いたしました。
