What a trip to be marching outside the iconic gates of Paramount Studios (where I spent 12 years of my life shooting over 275 episodes of NCIS: Los Angeles) next to my longtime co-star and bestie, @reneefelicesmith (and director @directedbypaul ) As about 100 of us gathered, Annette introduced herself as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund), @alifeinthearts letting everyone there know that the Fund is a safety net for EVERYONE in the entertainment industry - particularly in times of great need. I then tell her how Every Day Action has started working closely with the Entertainment Community Fund by delivering fresh meals to 2 of their housing facilities. She lights up and says, “You MUST to take my number.” My heart stops. I hesitate and before I can inhale, she grabs my phone and enters her (4x Academy Award-nominated) digits. Yeah.
