Just had to share this #throwbackthursday reel by @i.love.nkotb, from #BlockCon, again. It’s only one brief moment but this clip captures so much more. I try to stay in the present moment. Not looking forward. Not looking back. Just being present, awake, available and #thankful. IMO — this reel captures what that looks like. Sure, I’m on stage and preforming with my band and it’s always a very happy occasion to be together with my Blockhead Family — so it’s easy to be present and thankful. But the same joy we experience in the best of times can be experienced all the time if we stay present, awake, available and #thankful — for each and every moment that we are blessed to have!
