How we feel is always OUR choice. You can move energy through the body so that it doesn’t get stuck…

Why is this so important?

Because if we leave energy to stay stagnant in the body… after a bad day, year , a bad breakup … it can start to manifest itself not only as emotional chaos but also as physical illnesses…

I simply had to learn to move and release my body in order to end the turmoil of navigating the tough times in my life

Eventually this became a morning ritual / daily habit … because I no longer want to wait till I’ve collapsed and need a retreat. Instead show up each day for yourself and you DONT need to wait until you are struggling in order to implement it. Start now. Prevention is better healing.

I would recommend shaking and moving on the daily, for self maintenance rather than as a reaction to crisis
