I used to dread nursing my baby. As soon as he started getting hungry, I’d panic knowing that I was going to have to endure the most intense pain I’d ever experienced. I used to have to bite down on a towel when he latched on to stop me from screaming out in pain. But I was determined to figure it out, and I’m so so grateful that I stuck with it because out of nowhere, it just stopped hurting. And now, it’s my favorite thing ever (even at 3am - I still look forward to it!) If nursing didn’t work out for you, it’s ok! Your baby is fed and that’s all that matters. But I just wanted to make the video I wish I’d seen in those first few weeks, and I think this is the thing I’m most proud of myself for - not giving up on us 🥹❤️
