On this day, after relaxing in the sauna, I warmed up my body with a esthetic machine and hot stone, burned fat while softening my tense muscles, and full body massage with hand 〜it was sooo good 😻During the summer, I tend to swell and get stiff the most.It seems that my body actually becomes voluminous when my body gets stiff.🙀 This sauna can accommodate 3 people, so I also recommend it to come with friends or as couples too. After you're done, you can come you can shower, and they have everything like shampoo, conditioner, skin care, and hair care so that’s really nice. I had an awesome relaxing time there ! Neste dia, depois de relaxar na sauna, esquentei meu corpo com uma máquina que ajuda queimar a gordura e depois recebi uma massagem a mãos no corpo todo que era tudo que precisava. Durante o verão, tendo a ficar mais inchada por causa da retenção de água. Essa sauna acomoda 3 pessoas, então recomendo para amigos e casais. Depois de terminar, você pode banhar, usar o shampoo , condicionador, produtos para pele e cabelos tambem.
