Teas are generally a pretty good option when it comes to beverages BUT a lot of them also have a ton of added sugar with no nutritional benefit. I believe everything is fine in moderation but I rather eat a slice of cake for my sugar fix than drink those calories 🤷🏻‍♀️

One of the BEST options I’ve found for iced teas is @saintjamesicedtea . They are not only low sugar and low calorie but they also taste amazing and are sustainably packaged! I’ve honestly tried every flavor and love them all 🥹🫶🏻
