その一環として、サステナブルへのこだわりを体現するシャンパーニュ「テルモン」と、シェフのスペシャルコースとのペアリングを愉しむ、各月1日限定ディナー「シェフズ・テーブル with テルモン」を開催いたします。

第1回目となる8月30日（水）の1日限定ディナーでは、フレンチレストラン「ル ドール」のシェフ ジャニア・カビラジが、関西近郊で採れる野菜や魚などの食材、地元農家から仕入れたハーブをふんだんに使用し、「サステナブル」「自然」をテーマに、旬の味、夏をイメージして考案したメニューをお届けします。

The House of Celebration plays host to glittering events throughout the year, celebrating peoples, places, and cultures. Today, the St. Regis Osaka is pleased to announce “Chef’s Table with Telmont,” a monthly one-day-only dinner at which guests can enjoy sustainable Telmont champagnes paired with exclusive courses prepared by its unparalleled chefs.

The inaugural Chef’s Table with Telmont will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Janniah Kaviraj, a head of the Rue d’Or French restaurant, will deliver exclusive courses prepared with an abundance of fish, vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients sourced from the Kansai region and its farmers. Based on the themes of “sustainable” and “natural,” the menu promises to capture the essence of summer through seasonal flavors.
