Today we tried some clean and direct jerks💫. This is one of my favourite lifts as a thrower and is highly recommended for shotputter’s. The clean and direct jerk really mimics the glide movement as a whole. 👍🏾
I showed @ata_tuutafaiva what we needed to do and then she gave it a go. We got some work to do here but it’s all part of learning and pushing the boundaries. 👊🏾💫
