No matter what your day looks like, hydration is KEY! And it’s about more than just water. Here’s what I often add to my water bottle to be sure I get a good balance of electrolytes:

- A large pinch or two of salt 🧂
- A splash of coconut water 🥥 (fresh is best, but I often like Laird’s Superfood brand)
- A squeeze of orange or lemon juice, or a juice I have on hand! 🍊
- Or I'll take it up a notch & add magnesium drops, real food C, or chlorophyll 🌱

Sometimes I'll do a similar recipe with an iced mint tea or some other sort of yummy tea. That keeps me hydrated throughout the day. (:
