The purpose of this project is to express the diverse landscapes and delicious cuisine of Yamagata city through paintings, appealing to tourists and encouraging them to explore the area, thus increasing their stay duration and tourism spending. The decorative paintings on the pedestrian safety fence (north side) of Yamagata Station's east exit include tourist spots and specialty products of Yamagata city.
