I’ve always had a weird relationship with change, and boy did the last 12 weeks consist of an enormous amount of it. Classified as a time of great physical and emotional change as you heal from birth, adjust to your new life as a mum, and baby adjusts to life outside of the womb. The first 12 weeks with baby Vi was as amazing as it was overwhelming and if she’s anything like me I know the chaos won’t slow down anytime soon. The next chapter for us will be fun as she continues to grow and show her personality, and exciting for me as I try working out again (martial arts and Pilates ??), and get back to travelling.
