The Sunset Boulevard stretch between Los Feliz and Echo Park is quickly becoming a hotbed of Japanese seafood activity. The newest entrant arrives to Silver Lake straight out of Mexico City and comes with nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls and more. Santo (@santosilverlake) is meant to be a lively hangout for raw fish and great conversation, complete with sake, natural wine, and endless vibes.
