Hot Honey Fried Chicken & Churros! 🍯🐔

This dish provides all the crunch with just the right amount of sweetness and spice 🌶

Made with cinnamon sugar dusted churros and crispy fried chicken, drizzled w/ @ダニー・トレホ’s signature Trejo’s Hot Honey and Chipotle Crema!

Recipe:
Churros (4 EQ PCS)……….1 EA
Fried Chicken……………5 PCS
Trejo’s Hot Honey Drizzle………..2OZ
Chipotle Crema Drizzle..1 OZ

GARNISH:
-Pickled Jalapenos…….…4 EA
-Pipe 1 Churro Batter into Fryer. Fry Churro Batter for 3 minutes.
-Remove Churro from the fryer and dust in churro sugar. Coating Churro evenly on all sides.
-Cut Churro into 4 equal pieces and place on a small oval plate.
-Place 5 pieces of seasoned Fried Chicken on top of Churros.
-Drizzle 2 oz of hot honey from left to right over fried chicken and Churros.
-Drizzle 1 oz of Chipotle Crema over fried chicken and Churros.
