What starts as almost playing a role will slowly become who you actually are.   -Every single time you make an important decision or take action with negative emotion you can guarantee it will be the wrong one. If you feel even slightly negative as you are about to say or do something that could change the course of your life - don’t. Sit with the thought and write it down, your best choices come from a sense of calm not urgency.  -Stop focusing on who you should be with and start focusing on who you need to be in order to attract the one for you. The more effort you put into yourself the higher chances you have of finding someone perfect for you. Don’t dwell on what was, focus on what you will be.  -Revenge is a fools game. Forgive those who have wronged you, not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace.  -Find or create time for exercise. Many see this as if it’s strictly for physical but consistent exercise has been proven to be 1.5x more effective than any pharmaceuticals when it comes to treating mental health. You begin to develop a new found relationship with with your inner thoughts as you continue to keep the promises you make to yourself.
