💗4 WEEKS POSTPARTUM vs 4 MONTHS POSTPARTUM💗 I’m still recovering and haven’t lost all the baby weight yet, but it’s crazy what consistent nutrition and exercise can do. I started working out 4 weeks postpartum and gained a total of 45 lbs during my pregnancy. I’ve lost 35 lbs so far and have 10 more to go. To be honest I’ve had weeks where I didn’t get all my workouts in and ate more carbs then I should have. Adjusting your macros post baby is both physically and emotionally hard but I’m getting the hang of it. I’m really happy with my progress so far and have been using my Postpartum Fitness guide and resistance bands to achieve this. I also want to point out one very huge thing! What you eat makes up 80% of your results so even if you can’t start working out right away you can always make healthy food choices to help with weight loss immediately.
