Describing this summer in one word: HOT. And our kitties feel the heat. When it’s extra hot, it’s important to keep cats cool.

💧Adding extra water bowls to different areas of your home gives cats lots of opportunities to hydrate.
😸Give your cat opportunities to rest on a cool surface, such as a tile floor, sink, or desk.
🧊Put an ice pack beneath your cats bedding (make sure it doesn’t directly touch them) for some cooling relief.
☀️Provide outdoor cats a shady area to rest, such as under a porch or deck.
