Well…today was a little lighter leg day than normal, at times you just have to listen to your body and adjust. But guys, I still did it 🙌🏻!! Here was my first circuit of the day and I was already feeling it at this point. I added a little more HIIT in to try and get my legs moving. Let me know if you try this circuit and how it goes!
