Yes of course it’s even easier (x1000) to buy pre made packs from the store but I felt like I had the time and energy and it was honestly a lot of fun! I freeze them and pull a couple out the night before so they’re ready to go in the morning! I’ve been able to feed him things like wild caught fish and grass fed meat without all the other things you find in the pre made ones (even the ones that don’t have seed oils or preservatives have things that cause constipation like banana and sweet potato and I’ve been trying to avoid that & having trouble) Doing it myself gives me so much flexibility and I can even add breast milk!
