Doing some max breath hold work with @powerofthebreath @deanogladstone. The legend helping me push through and relax while feeling the CO2 build up.

In a 50m Freestyle race, we aim not to breath at all. To be honest I’ve never enjoyed the feeling of breath holds, but am learning to relax, which is key for executing in a race.

Just a reminder, never practice this stuff on your own! Always make sure you’re with someone who knows what they’re doing.
