Here’s what you will need:

· 1 mini Ice Cream Bar Latte
· 150ml of Arondio Coffee
· 200ml of cold 3.5% Milk
· Ice cubes
· Vertuo Next
· Barista Milk Device
· Cold Reveal Glass

Here’s how to do it:

1. Pour 100 ml of milk 3.5% directly into the espresso Barista device or Aeroccino.
2. Close the lid, select the “Espresso on Ice Macchiato” recipe on the device and press the start button.
3. In Cold reveal Glass, fill up with ice cubes 1/3 of the glass, pour 100ml of cold Milk, put the mini almond/ chocolate ice cream stick on the ice.
5. Extract 150ml of Arondio Coffee over it.
6. Pour the cold milk foam till the top of the glass.
7. Mix it gently with the ice cream & enjoy!
