I had an amazing night last night at Kellogg’s Reductive Art Exhibition: A Story of Salt and Sugar at gallery @oxo_tower . The stunning artworks on display were all made of either salt or sugar to highlight Kellogg’s reduction of both of these across their cereals since 2011. In its children’s cereals, sugar has been reduced by 36% and salt by 37%, which as a new mum, is so reassuring!
The gallery is free to visit and open to the public today and Saturday 9th September.
