While riding the Metro in NY, I often get compliments from people l don’t know at all !
It’s surprising .
Americans like to praise someone or something.
This is uncommon in Japan.

One said to me
“ l like your outfit. The pattern looks like an impressionist painting.Very impressive!”

One said to me
“ I like your shoes. See? I’m wearing the same one!”

I was very happy.

When I was riding the train on line6,
it was shaking so much and I managed to stand up .
Then the people next to me ,of course totally stranger, said to me like that

“What a balance !”

Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love NY！
