Chewy and Fluffy?! Matcha Ice cream Warabimochi
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150ml milk
20g sugar
40g potato starch
200ml match ice cream
Some matcha powder
Some brown sugar syrup

PREPARATION
1. Mix milk, sugar, and potato starch in a pan. Add match ice cream into the pan and cook until thick and sticky. Pour into a tray.
2. Place the tray (1) in a bigger tray with ice and chill.
3. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Dust some match powder on top. Serve with brown sugar syrup.
4. Enjoy!
