You keep asking how I can stay/keep motivated, especially with being a mother of 4, working and juggling daily chores. And to be honest I’m absolutely NOT everyday motivated, I have days where I’m exhausted, tired and wish I could just take a nap.. but then I remember where I put my mind to, remembering my goals and I go for it! The past weeks I couldn’t work out in the morning anymore because I have too much work, so easiest would be to drop my gym sessions because I have no time in the morning… but that wouldn’t be me! So I’ll try to find a way to go to the gym, and currently it’s 2pm noon, which is a time where I have to push myself 3x more than in the morning! Yet I get it done!
