On the second day in Taiwan, I had the privilege of delivering a lecture to two prominent beauty chain clinics, Star Clinic and Vigor Clinic. We discussed our experiences in transitioning to the latest CoolSculpting technology and introducing VOLITE, sharing the initiatives we've undertaken in Japan.

It was truly inspiring to realize that we're not alone in our journey to standardize treatments and improve quality among chain clinics. The sensitivity towards complication management, given the large number of patients we see, resonated closely with my own experiences.

In the realm of chain clinic management, the ability to balance caution and progress is crucial. Through the Q&A session, I, too, learned valuable lessons.

台湾2日目は、台湾の美容チェーンクリニックとしてキーアカウントであるStar ClinicとVigor Clinicに向けた講演を行いました。
CoolSculptingの新旧切替えやVOLITEの導入にあたって我々が日本で行なった取り組みをシェアしながら、改めて、チェーンクリニックとして治療標準化と質の向上に試行錯誤しているのは我々だけではないということを知って、なんだか勇気づけられました。そして、多数の患者を見るからこそ合併症マネジメントについて敏感なところも、私の感覚と近く思いました。ブレーキとアクセルの判断がチェーンクリニックの経営において肝ですので、質疑応答を通じて私も学ばせていただきました。
